Payout & Protection
Payment is made monthly, between the 3rd and 5th working day of the following month.
The return is paid regardless of the operational performance.
For additional security, there are ongoing rental income payments from Germany, from which the monthly payments are made.
Payments will be made in accordance with the contractual agreements.
Reporting & Transparency
Investors receive quarterly reports on the project's progress.
These include, among other things:
• Occupancy
• Sales development
• operational progress
• Expansion of additional services
Rental structure & legal protection
The current lease runs until April 30, 2030.
There is a contractually agreed extension option of 5 + 5 years, which ensures long-term use and planning security.
In addition, the use of the site is secured in the land register, which provides increased legal security for the business and investors.
Jurisdiction & legal framework
The investment is subject to a clearly defined legal framework.
Depending on the contractual arrangements, the place of jurisdiction can be Alanya (Türkiye) or Berlin-Neukölln (Germany).
The specific arrangements will be stipulated in the respective participation agreement.
If desired, the participation agreement can also be drafted under German law.
